This allows providers to remain compliant while still maintaining direct control over their workforce.

Healthcare providers set their own rates for each shift. SHIFTit does not negotiate rates. We apply a simple, transparent 9% platform fee on top of the rate you choose, giving you full control and predictable labor costs.

Yes. SHIFTit allows you to both hire new SHIFTerz and rehire clinicians who have previously worked in your facility, helping you build a consistent and reliable workforce over time.
