How to submit a copyright infringement claim or counter-notification to SHIFTit.
SHIFTit Corp. ("SHIFTit") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through the SHIFTit platform, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at the address below. To be effective, your notice must include: 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf; 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; 3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit SHIFTit to locate that material; 4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address; 5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and 6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent at the address above. To be effective, your counter-notification must include: 1. Your physical or electronic signature; 2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled; 3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; 4. Your name, address, and telephone number; and 5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located — or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which SHIFTit may be found — and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.
SHIFTit may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright, and may limit access to the platform by any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
